The Design is sublimated on both sides and hand placed by me, so the placement may vary slightly from keychain to keychain.

Shipping:
Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands.
** This shop is not responsible for shipping delays through USPS or UPS.
** We are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail. You will need to contact the post office to find tracking and submit a lost item form if needed at that time.
Refunds/ Exchanges
** Due to the custom nature of these items we unfortunately do not accept returns.
However if a mistake is made this can be resolved by contacting us.

Sticker Application & Care:
- Hand Wash ONLY
- Not guaranteed dishwasher safe & should not be soaked in water.
- Clean the surface with alcohol or mild soap before applying the sticker.
- Apply firm pressure when applying sticker to any curved surfaces
- Stickers are not UV resistant & should be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.

 Bracelet Care:
- Stretch bracelets are made with stretch elastic and can snap if pulled too much. It's best to roll on and off your wrist when putting on and taking off.Â
- Keep the bracelets dry
- Avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, lotions, sunscreens, etc.
- Store in a closed container or zip bag
